To be expected but the home service is worth the cost.

After a few days of shopping around we are so happy to have found the perfect spa for our needs and budget at Spa Choice. Such great customer service too from Lizzy, who was so friendly and helpful on both visits to the showroom - and an absolute goldmine for information and tips on everything spa related. A bonus for us is that our spa choice was in stock and therefore no long wait time for delivery.

Great experience here for last minute shopping for the caravan. Sam was very friendly and had great ideas.

I had friendly service when in store. I put some products on back order with payment as they didn’t have enough of the product in stock on December 3. Was told it would be a week or two for delivery. Kept phoning after two weeks with no contact from Clark Rubber. Simply told “not here yet” no one attempted to locate the product. One month after ordering I hadn’t been called so I contacted Clark Rubber. I was told it might arrive end of January. No concern from shop staff. The delay is holding up a construction job. Will be seeking a refund and taking my business elsewhere. If initial delivery estimate was 8 weeks I would not have back ordered product.
