Great experience here for last minute shopping for the caravan. Sam was very friendly and had great ideas.

Would give zero stars if I could!! Worst customer service ever, came to Balcatta after having a bad experience at Morley earlier this year, but it seems all Clark rubber employees are just rude and do not want to help

Excellent service and very friendly. I am recovering my dining chairs and got a lot of good advice and very efficient service. I would highly recommend the staff at this store.

DO NOT BUY THEIR MATTRESSES!!! Purchased their premium mattress. Was told it was suitable for every day use. Unfortunately it is actually very uncomfortable. Tried to have a discussion with the manager at the time about a return due to the unsuitability of the product but was told that it was my fault for purchasing and there was nothing he can do. Was also then told perhaps I should buy a new bed or one of their mattress Toppers. I wasn't looking for an upsell. I was looking for a resolution to a product that didn't meet my needs. AGAIN DO NOT BUY THEIR MATTRESSES THEY ARE UNCOMFORTABLE!!!!Edit:Unable to reply to the comment below however no one has reached out to me. The follow up comment is completely untrue.

Thank you to the friendly staff at the Clark Rubber store on Erindale Rd, especially Vanessa who was able to offer great advice and service regarding my foam requirements for a custom guitar case build. I took the guitar and case with me and Vanessa was able to supply and cut all the foam required in store, double checking the custom fit I required with each piece cut and the result exceeded my expectations. Thanks again for great service at a great price.

On Sat 20 Mar 22 I wanted to purchase a foam mattress. I rang ahead and the man was so helpful. I went to the shop. He showed me a better value product. He helped me load it in the car. So quick and easy. Thanks, jf

I purchased some rubber mat for my ute tray, the store Manager Sam served me. He was very pleasant & helpful & then offered to cut the rubber to fit my ute tray area. Great customer service which can be quite rare these days.

Poor customer experience. A female assistant with dark hair asked how can she help while walking away from me, which confused me. She then got annoyed with me for not responding quick enough and told me that they are very busy cutting other customers orders so my order will be 30 mins. I offered to pay and wait in the car as I have children with me. The assitant told me that she will give me a call me when it's ready. Great! When having not received a call 45 mins later, I went back to the store and the assistant was serving other people, while my order was still not processed. Instead of apologising, I was told that it's been busy and she still hasn't had time to get to my order. Once she has finished serving those people, she did proceed to cut my order without much enthusiasm. The assistant was visibly distressed/angry with the amount of people in the shop and didn't have the right skills to handle the situation. Management needs to put on extra staff or train their existing staff in resilience and dealing with customers in high pressure environment.

My daughter was looking for advice and help on buying a foldable mattress for the back of her car. She’s going on a big adventure and needed comfort practicality and good pricing.We had been twice in last 3 weeks and staff where good but not quite the help we were looking for. As a young person spending a lot of money she wanted to be sure she was getting the right product. We went back this morning and met the nicest man a guy call Forty he went out of his way to help her choose the right mattress explained all the details even let her lay on it and try it.He was truly so kind helped her measure the back of the car yet again. He knew all about the product and made us feel so welcome and he definitely knew the products. She mentioned how bad her car seat was and fixed her up with some foam so the metal isn’t sticking into her.Thank you Forty so much for the excellent service help and kindness definitely will recommend to others.
