Incredibly helpful and honest.Only shop I have found that uses a computer controlled water tester. Reliable, repeatable and objective.Excellent advice from the owners and they will not try to sell you things you don't actually need.I would recommend Riverton Pool Services to first time pool-owners and experts alike.

Good service but drastically overpriced! I went here to buy a replacement pool light. I ended up buying the one that was recommended to me for $490, but I’ve since found the same model online for $200 cheaper!!! I always prefer to support local businesses but I won’t be buying from here again.

I wasn't thrilled when my old familiar pool services place moved, but on the other hand I am very grateful to have discovered these guys!The staff are all knowledgeable and familiar, I don't see a different face each time I go there. And after my experience with other places, these guys are all consistent with their advice. I've saved money just by them advising exactly what I do and don't need, what I can achieve without throwing money away on the wrong chemicals.

This has to be the worst pool business we have come across.After spending $2500 on new spa equipment, they did not even finish the job properly.All they had to do was to come back, switch it on and make sure it was all ok.Well it was not, we tried to call them so many times over a 4 week period but they clearly were not interested. The owner at one point told me to google the problem as they would charge us a call out for something that should be their responsibility to start with.So in the end, we went straight to the supplier who is now fixing the issue free of charge as these inconsiderate business owners were too tight to do their job properly.Please do not use them, they act friendly at start and then neglect you once paid.I will be reporting them to consumer protection aswell as these guys should not be tradingThanks to Davey spas for coming to the rescue as use were embarrassed about this situation aswell.
